職位描述：
1.根據(jù)部門展會(huì)拓展戰(zhàn)略和年度展覽會(huì)合作計(jì)劃，與國(guó)外展覽會(huì)組織者開(kāi)展展會(huì)項(xiàng)目合作；
2.協(xié)助部門總監(jiān)對(duì)展會(huì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)估，確定合作內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判并簽訂合作協(xié)議；
3.根據(jù)協(xié)議內(nèi)容，協(xié)調(diào)公司資源，監(jiān)督合同執(zhí)行；
4.跟蹤并協(xié)助操作人員完成各項(xiàng)目環(huán)節(jié)的工作；
5.對(duì)展覽會(huì)活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和效果評(píng)估。
崗位要求：
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、英語(yǔ)或文秘相關(guān)專業(yè)；
3、2年以上外聯(lián)或客服相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4、熟練操作常用辦公軟件；
5、大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)以上，具備較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力 （不符合此項(xiàng)條件者請(qǐng)勿投遞簡(jiǎn)歷）；
6、形象好，氣質(zhì)佳，具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，有較強(qiáng)的觀察力、判斷力及應(yīng)變能力。
崗位描述
1、聯(lián)系行業(yè)內(nèi)客戶，推薦展會(huì)，篩選出有相關(guān)需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源；
2、對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)的展會(huì)，通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、郵件、傳真等形式進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)推廣；
3、定期進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析，提供相關(guān)工作報(bào)告；
4、帶團(tuán)參展，國(guó)外展會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)工作（有專業(yè)導(dǎo)游、翻譯）；
5、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。
